Thrustmaster TH8A Shifter

The Thrustmaster TH8A Add-On Gearbox Shifter for PC, PS3, PS4 and Xbox One adds realism and authenticity to your racing experience. It delivers a realistic gear-shifting feel through its detachable knob, which is compatible with real universal automotive knobs available at car parts stores and major retailers. Two included shift plates give you the choice of H-pattern (7+1) and Sequential (+/-) shifting, and the shift plate position and rotation adjust through a full 360 degrees. Build quality is a core strength. The internal mechanism, gear stick and clamping system are all 100 percent metal, and H.E.A.R.T. Hall Effect AccuRate Technology uses a contactless magnetic sensor for precision that will not decrease over time. With no tact switch and no potentiometer to wear out, the shifter is built for an effectively unlimited lifespan. Adaptability is equally strong. The firmware is upgradable and the internal memory offers adjustable gear-shift travel to suit your driving style, with software available for download on PC. Shifting resistance is adjustable, and the clamping system position and rotation also adjust through 360 degrees. The clamp is optimised for any support surface from 1 to 55 mm thick, including tables and shelves, while built-in screw threads and the removable clamping system allow for cockpit mounting. On PC the TH8A works with all racing wheels on the market. On PS3 and PS4 it works with the T500RS, Ferrari F1 Wheel Integral T500, T300RS and T300 Ferrari GTE, and on Xbox One it works with the TX Racing Wheel.
