The Gran Turismo DD Pro is the official Direct Drive wheel for Gran Turismo, pairing PlayStation 5 performance with Fanatec Direct Drive technology for smooth, dynamic force feedback. Because the steering wheel mounts directly to the motor shaft, there is no belt or gear drive to dilute the effects, delivering the clarity that professional drivers and enthusiasts rely on. The 100 percent custom motor was developed in Germany specifically for sim racing, using patented FluxBarrier technology to communicate the finest details straight to your hands. Standard peak torque is 5 Nm, and the optional Boost Kit 180 unlocks the full 8 Nm without active cooling, as the extruded and CNC-machined aluminium casing acts as both chassis and heatsink. Now preinstalled with the QR2 quick release system, it offers a tighter connection to the wheel for even more detailed feedback on PS5, PS4 and PC. The steering wheel, designed by Polyphony Digital, features a white OLED display, a diffused RevLED strip, tactile rubber grip and ergonomic paddle shifters across a compact 280 mm round design suited to the wide range of cars in Gran Turismo. The included two-pedal set is built from heavy steel with precise, durable contactless Hall sensors on both throttle and brake, and can be upgraded with the Tuning Kit, Clutch Kit or Load Cell Kit.
