Finite Element Analysis tests demonstrate its superior design compared to conventional cockpits. The pedal deck's strength is equivalent to 18.44mm steel or 26.5mm aluminium. Sliding pedal plates and wheel plates allow for easy adjustments, supported by carbon steel pedal plates with double precision folds. Laser-etched markings aid in precise adjustments, and custom Next Level Racing® Shoulder Bolts enable angle, height, and distance adjustments for the perfect racing position.

The Elite 160 products arrive pre-drilled for major steering wheel and pedal manufacturers, but features unique laser-engraved guides and pre-machined slots for the perfect driving experience. The Next Level Racing® Seat Sliding System is engineered to eliminate flex found in conventional sliders, offering easy adjustment with NLR ratchets for a customized, flex-free racing experience. Next Level Racing® Seat Brackets, made from 4mm carbon steel, provide strength and offer 55 adjustment combinations for various seating positions. Users can also use Universal seat brackets for height and angle adjustments, introducing new adjustments for bottom-mounting seats.
