AustraliaWell, my order was mucked up and I received the wrong racing rig. That had to be repacked and returned. Then to be fair upgraded to a different rig but was told there would be a delay. Then I was again notified that the delay would be extended. Now I have my new wheel and pedals after another delay but with nowhere to mount them (DD needs a solid rig). This survey popped into my inbox but I don't have the rig and seat yet. Not complaining about the delay (although the kids won't be using it in these holidays) just the survey timing. PI might need to think this through as I notice there are a lot of "Out of Stock" items on the website.
AustraliaPretty happy overall with the product and the value for money. Obviously you can get better for more money but this one is a good middle choice for the money spent. I did my own screen frame, otherwise you are looking an extra $200-250
AustraliaInstructions are unnecessarily terrible. Could easily be improved to halve the build time. Ran into issues with the integrated monitor mount as it takes up rail space and makes the wheel stand sit too far forward so the wheel is in my chest. Only solutions i can see are to drill new holes or slide the chair back and let single bolts hold more weight than they should. Pretty shonky design, would return it if i could. Would be fine with a standalone monitor stand but when this one is built for this specific cockpit, it shouldn't result in this kind of compromise.
