AustraliaThe NLR ES1 is great but not sending the 'free gloves' offer that was advertised at the time, is not good at all and left me with a bad experience. Offer was available at the time of ordering and had no expiry date listed. Once I enquired about it, was told that basically it finished yesterday, so tough s@#t. The day it 'supposedly ended' was the 28th of Feb, ignoring the fact that Feb was 29 days this year. Any decent business would have just fixed this obvious mistake and just honoured it. It was just a cheap promotional piece for Pagnian anyway, no big deal. Pity, they have been really good before and unless they fix this, I won't be back.
AustraliaThe ES1 is everything you expect out of a fixed back bucket seat. I'm 6'4 and about 90kg and I fit just fine, my head just makes the top of the headrest padding! Speaking of padding, its perfectly comfortable, I've now done multiple endurance stints and the padding offers good support and Ive yet to come away sore! My only gripe is the ventilation, it can get quite hot after about an hour of solid racing but to be honest, it's to be expected from this style of seat. I also had a great interaction with Zac who was very accommodating with my inquiries and gave me a lot of faith in the company for future purchases. Overall, great product and equally great customer service from the team at Pagnian!

AustraliaI love this seat. So comfortable, good quality product. I was initially concerned whether I would be comfortable in it being fixed and me being 190cm and 110kg. But no problems. Highly recommend it :)
AustraliaI'm using the standard NLR F-GT rig and upgraded the seat to this. Note: you need to purchase the NLR universal seat brackets to get this seat on that rig. Do I recommend having this seat on that rig? No. No matter what position I adjust the seat to, I am sitting too high relative to my pedals. So I will be saving up for a new rig. The seat itself is very good though. Very comfy and looks great when you put some decals on the back of it. Looking forward to getting a new rig to reap the full benefits the seat offers.
