Microsoft Flight Simulator for PC Announced

Trailer

The quality of the scenes displayed by this video is enough to attract a far wider audience than flight sim enthusiasts. The trailer shows us the ability to explore the world as a whole which has been created thanks to the satellite data from Bing, weather and climate system.

At E3 2019, Microsoft Flight Simulator took us by surprise with the announcement of the release of a new flight simulation game.

Release Date

Microsoft Flight Simulator will be available PC on 18th August. In recent months, Microsoft has conducted private alpha testing for the new game and has announced it is ready for pre-order and pre-installation. The Microsoft Flight Simulator is the most recent version in the hyper-detailed series running since the 1980s. This follows Microsoft's 2014 release of Flight Simulator X: Steam Version.

10 Disc Version

For anyone who may like to own a physical copy of the amazing Flight Simulator, you might get more than you already expected ... ten times more. You will be able to buy a pack of 10 discs for the game for gamers in Europe, which come inside an expandable box.

Why buy the discs? Well, note not everybody has access to super-fast internet or the space for the new game's whopping 150 GB of storage. The discs are up to 90 GB of storage, and installation does not require insane internet speeds. However, you'll also need an update from Microsoft before you can play the game.

Gameplay

The newest game introduces a new day and night engine that allows players to fly at any time of day, as well as a new checklist system that scales with instrument instructions and checklists before takeoff for beginners or pro players. Also, Microsoft Flight Simulator provides real-time weather, live traffic, and animals in their natural environment.
